INFORMATION for APPLICANTS
If your application is accepted, your name and address, as provided in the form, must be recorded
in a register of members and made be available to other members, upon request, under section 21a
of the Associations Incorporation Act.
You can contact the Association at Treasurer.
You can access or correct personal information (your name and address) by contacting the
Association as indicated above.
If your application is accepted you will receive an email with an invoice. You are required to pay the
annual registration fee of $20 within 28 days. Further instructions you will receive with the email sent to you.
